This fine icy cliff lies in the remote heart of the central Cairngorms, so it is an understatement to say it is less crowded than the Northern Corries. Facing east and at a relatively low altitude, the cliff has more variable conditions than the higher venues. The routes are quite short considering the long approach, but they are of high quality when icy and a visit here can be highly recommended. The Hutchison Hut, the bothy in the corrie below the cliff, makes it ideal for a weekend visit.
