Beinn Fhionnlaidh

[Byn Yoon-lay] Gaelic, meaning Finlay's Hill.
This rather remote Munro sits between Glen Etive and Glen Creran, south-west of Glen Coe itself.
It is best known for the classic Rapunzel, a low-lying south-facing watercourse which occasionally freezes to give an excellent ice route. A couple of other good routes have been climbed under similar conditions. They all have an air of remoteness and an atmosphere of adventure.
