There has recently been some debate over the exact height of Catinaccio d'Antermoia - somewhere between 3002 and 3004m, making it the highest peak in the group. The via ferrata provides the most popular approach to the summit and can be done in either direction. Generally west to east seems the preferred approach and is described here.
