On the moor above and behind Millstone Quarry are some blocks that have been scrambled on for aeons; the higher one always has a few walkers taking in the view. Climbers have scratched around here for many years too, though more recently they have been used mainly for bouldering. There are several decent climbs worth calling in for though on the taller sections of Over Owler Tor. The block of Mother Cap and Mother's Pet Rock are only visited by boulderers these days and are covered in the Peak Bouldering Rockfax.
