The access couldn\'t be much simpler, there are no glaciers, the rock is excellent and the views stunning - Brévent is a wonderful and relatively stress-free place to climb. All the routes described here are well equipped with the exception of a few, but on some the bolting is sparse so take a rack including some large cams if you are pushing your grade.
We\'ve given the longer routes alpine grades (as well as pitch sport grades) just so that novice alpinists can get an idea what they can expect on more serious routes elsewhere in the valley.
