Wharncliffe offers some great bouldering for the connoisseur with a lot of quality problems in the mid-to-hard grades. The bouldering spots are situated away from the main edge, well hidden in the woods to the south, often with limited paths connecting the areas apart from the main crag-top paths. There are some great destination blocks for the dedicated and accomplished boulderer with the Casu Marzu block and Kobe both standing out.
