The well-named Popular End of Stanage has less to offer boulderers than the Plantation but there are still a few problems that are worth seeking out. Some of them comprise the starts of routes and others are just short routes in themselves. In combination with a routes guidebook (or local knowledge) there is great potential here for some exhausting circuits consisting of hard bouldering and less hard soloing of routes. A number of highball route/solos have been included. These need good padding or even deep snow conditions to be considered boulder problems.
