The main edge at Burbage South is a different kettle of fish to its popular and user-friendly neighbour down below in the valley (see p.252). Up on the edge the landings are often dreadful, the problems can be high and hard, it is often in the shade since it faces northwest, and many problems are gritty and green for much of the time. However, there are some superb challenges in amongst the jumbled blocks and higher sections of edge.
