Robin Hood's Stride

Robin Hood's Stride is a beautiful spot with a superb variety of quality problems, especially in the low-to-mid grades. The landings are mostly good, the rock quality solid and the setting is stunning - what more could you ask for? Like its close neighbour Cratcliffe, the Stride makes an excellent venue for a family picnic. There are problems on both the prominent Stride itself and the free-standing boulders that surround it. There is plenty to go at in the higher grades here as well, with a number of excellent hard classics like Big Al Qaeda, Spine Left-hand, My Prune, Dry Wit in a Wet Country and Jerry's Arete.
