Close to Cratcliffe and Robin Hood's Stride, Clifftop Boulder offers excellent bouldering in a pleasant setting. The set of small outcrops overlooks farmland and has a small selection of quality problems. Harthill Quarry presents a different ambience for the keenest of esoterica fans, but crucially sports some fairly weather-proof problems. The quarry is regularly used for motorcycling, and should be avoided when the bikes are present. Piles of disused tyres do however enhance the comfort of certain landings.
