Hidden in plain sight for many years, this compact little wall has now been developed with a series of sport routes, some of which have become extremely popular. In the main this is because they are well-bolted and in the lower grades, especially the routes on the left-hand side of the crag. The crag is often used by instructors to give new climbers their first experience in outdoor leading. The steeper right-hand side gives technical wall climbs, although it has been significantly over-bolted which detracts a bit.
The well-named Golden Wall can be approached from the same parking spot. It is hidden in the trees to the north of the road and is covered in the Rockfax App.
