At the head of Langdale is a string of high mountain buttresses on the northern rim of the peak Bow Fell. These buttresses offer high quality climbing that ranges from exquisite single-pitch lines to multi-pitch mountaineering adventures. The rock and ambience on all the routes covered is fantastic and in the right conditions a memorable day out is virtually guaranteed.
