Goats Crag is positioned just a little further up the valley from Reecastle Crag, and although not in the same class, it offers plenty of good compact single-pitch climbs in the VD to E4 grade range. The brevity of the climbs and limited protection possibilities on many of the routes give the climbs a slightly serious feel.
