A big rambling cliff that sits at the head of a beautiful but little frequented valley. The routes covered here are climbed regularly and will appeal to teams after some single-pitch lines in the HVS to E1 range and/or an interesting mountaineering style multi-pitch route. This venue is off radar, even for those who regularly climb in the Lake District, so is a good choice when other areas are busy or the roads congested.
