Buckstone How is an impressive and surprisingly large cliff that looms over the upper end of the Buttermere valley. It has a similar aspect and outlook to Yew Crag Knotts but is even easier to access. Due to its accessibility it sees a good deal of traffic, though it should be noted the rock is not uniformly reliable and the climbing fairly serious.
