Far Hill Crag is located deep in the fells above the remote Seathwaite Tarn and endowed with a beautiful outlook. The routes are all in the E grades and feature outcrop-style climbing on superbly grippy rock in a high mountain environment. The face climbs tend to be serious with much of the protection coming from pegs. The gear is better on the crack and corner lines.
