Moss Rake is a huge quarry hidden on the hill behind the Castleton cement works. The main attraction here is the oddity of The Library with its bolted limestone slab routes. These have a slight 'done one, done 'em all' feeling to them, but the climbing and rock are good and you can get plenty done in a day. The Wall and the Upper Tier are not as good but have a few things of interest. New sections are being developed all around the quarry although the rock quality isn't great.
