A couple of well-concealed natural limestone buttresses set in some charming woodland host a collection of minor classic single pitch trad lines in the VS to E2 range. The routes are substantial undertakings and, although the rock and protection are usually fine on the popular lines, the lesser travelled routes are more serious missions and both rock and protection need careful handling. The descents are via abseil as the slopes above the cliffs are steep and heavily vegetated.
