A scenic little valley that has a ridge of rocky pinnacles on its seaward side perched above some massive cliffs dropping down to sea-level. This is not a major climbing destination but the combination of the amazing setting and ease of access means that this is a pleasant spot to tick off some enjoyable pitches. Located not far from the tourist villages of Lynmouth and Lynton, it can be a busy spot at weekends in the holiday season but is usually quiet at other times. The tea room does very good cream teas and cakes.
