The beautiful Vallorcine valley feels like a different world compared to the hustle and bustle of the Chamonix valley. The small villages of Buet and Vallorcine feel much like rural France and the mountains around reflect this, despite containing Mont Buet (once referred to as the Lady\'s Mont Blanc due to its resemblance but smaller stature) the highest peak in the Aiguilles Rouges. The area is littered with hidden gems that have far less traffic than the Brévent and Index areas but with climbing of much the same quality.
