The Coupeau hillside above Les Houches is home to two great summer crags that are easily accessible, shady and provide a great set of climbs on gneiss.
Roc Dément is perched in the forest high up on the hill below the Merlet Animal Park. It has a good set of routes between 6b and 7b+ on mostly positive edges.
Coupeau is a friendly crag with short routes, no more than 20m, often with a distinct crux. The short approach times make them great for a quick hit.
