Aiguille de Buis

Perched prominently above the town of Buis-les-Baronnies, it is surprising that this was one of the later crags to be developed in the area. The routes are typically two pitches long, and the style is similar to St. Julien, albeit a little shorter. The views are spectacular and it is usually quieter than the roadside venues of Baume Rousse and Ubrieux.

There is a small cliff below the base, which is ascended by fixed cables. Thus may make it impractical if you have young children.
