The bumpy ridge to the south west of the Roaches has a small collection of quality climbs and is seldom busy. Despite the relatively small number of routes, the quality of the climbing is as good as you would expect for Staffordshire Grit with great ticks like Rubberneck, Crabbie\'s Crack and Appaloosa Sunset being the most coveted. The other attraction of the area is the popular bouldering to be found on the Clouds themselves, and on the blocks in front of the Fourth Cloud.
