Dib Scar is an interesting horseshoe-shaped cove that lies just across the dale from its illustrious neighbour Kilnsey. The main section of the crag is extremely steep and has some of the best rock and routes. The Right Wing is less steep and is lined with a good number of fine sport pitches mainly in the 6th grade. Dib Scar is worth considering if peace and quiet is what you are looking for as it is seldom busy and untroubled by road noise.
