The brooding nature of Blackchurch\'s northerly aspect, a green tinge of vegetation and soaring multi-pitch lines of less-than-perfect rock will repulse most and work as a magnetic draw to a few. In contrast the foreshore pinnacle of Blackchurch Rock itself is a haven of solid rock on its seaward face and is home to some classic pitches that should not be missed.
