Doyden Point is a relatively friendly cliff when compared to its near neighbours. It enjoys a sunny outlook and has a choice of good routes to keep most content for a day. The main face is composed of good rock and is quickly reached by a short walk and abseil. Doyden Point can easily be combined with a visit to Pentire Head and is only a short distance from the quaint but often busy fishing village of Port Isaac and the surf beaches of Polzeath.
