Pordenack Point

Pordenack Point is a convenient and tranquil series of buttresses with a fine array of pitches across the grades. The outlook is beautiful and the flat ledges under the cliff lend it a friendly feel, although the approach scramble is a little awkward. The rock is mostly excellent on the routes described although there is some gritty stuff. The climbs are longer than they first appear but most of the difficulties are in the lower sections.
