Originally the only developed crag on this side of the valley was the super-steep wall of Les Toulousains (developed by climbers from Toulouse!) with its hard and pumpy tufa-routes. There have been a lot of new crag developments here, much of it by ex-Pat Brit John Arran who lives close by near his home in the village of Ornolac-Ussat-les-Bains. There are three new sectors with nearly fifty routes, many which have already proved popular, the long steep lines of Musical on the left, Precipice under the Spoulga and Britannique on the right.
